   I am not a customer but was helped by a very kind employee. Daniel Cassidy, a company driver, saw I had fallen from my mobility scooter and he stopped, lifted me back up and made sure I was OK. He didn't stay long enough to ne thanked. The company must be proud to have such a calibre of employee.

   Just about the worst after sales service you can imagine, staff leave customers hanging for months without update and not interested in following up when problems arise... Would never use again and certainly would never recommend...

   I placed an online order and went to collect. It appears that the staff are not sure how to prosses the order. Also the prosses is very tedious, ie I parked at the front and walked to the back of the building to comply with the one way system. I am then told to drive to the far back of the yard and get the one of the men get the item for me. After this come back to the desk and we will sort it out. This I did but the man who picked the item wasn't sure what to do then so he came with me to the desk and sure it got sorted. But I would say there is a lot of going back and to and around the building and needs a better process and staff training.
