Wonderful little shop. Always has what you need and Kay is extremely knowledgeable about what is required for your project. Wonderful customer service and items are great value. I can't speak highly enough of this independent business.
Amazingly well stocked shop with great prices and friendly, knowledgable service. A real local asset. Key cutting service is also much more competitive than big chains operating locally.
Don't ask if something obscure is in stock the answer is probably yes. A community treasure with every request for a single screw or washer met with a positive response. Also great for key cutting, lightbulbs, garden needs, paint, building supplies and so much more. The small shop with everything.

Went into Kays hardware shop this morning and as usual superb customer service, also read the review where she had given a visor to a nurse and refused payment, typical Kay, she's a star. If it's not in the shop she will try and order it for you, she's also extremely knowledgeable about most things DIY, keep up the good work gorgeous girl, businesses like yours are few and far between.
The lady that runs this Store is Really nice. Always so Helpful and friendly. A extensive range and very low prices. Even cuts keys that always fit perfectly. A truly brilliant experience
