    Avoid at all costs. Bought load of material from this store however got the wrong size door frames. I went to get them exchanged but unfortunately had lost the receipt. Asian guy was extremely rude stating he had no recollection of delivering said items to my address and went on to accuse me of buying elsewhere and trying to use underhand tactics. Luckily I had cctv on my phone showing him personally delivering said products in his yellow van (which was parked outside in the yard) to my address which I showed him. His face dropped but Still would not exchange. Avoid avoid avoid.

    Terrible experience with bms I’m a builder starting a new project and I requested some prices on some materials I rang 3 times for prices as I’m starting my projects soon, and I all I got was delayed and wasted breath I’d rather take my money elsewhere where people take their job serious

    The owner Omar is an absolute obnoxious person. They fit a few doors for us and every single one is faulty, in fact as can be seen in the picture one just fell off. When I contacted him about this he suggested I had broken it myself!! No wonder the business is nearly bankrupt, the owner should take a long hard look at himself.

    Received a very good & quick service from this company. Very friendly owner! Great customer service. I received a very high standard & clean finish by the fitter and also cleaned up at the end. 2 weeks in total for designing the door & a few hours fitting. Would definitely recommend BMS. Happy customer!!

    Outstanding for mainly two reasons. 1. I needed to order some order only timber materials, I had then placed an order with BMS, order arrived on time and was delivered directly to my building site. Efficient and fast. 2. I had some excess materials left over from another job which could not be used at my current site, I took them back and received a full refund. Professional level of courtesy and customer service
