   I placed order on a Saturday morning and says 24 to 48 hours which I understand for Fed ex to message to say being delivered Wednesday morning. Then rang company to then say being delivered Wednesday so rang for them to be very rude and hung up on me. So I suggest to make sure order elsewhere as waste of time to also not get any confirmation for order.

   Excellent service, I missed some things from an order so made another straight after, so I paying for delivery 2 times. Just put it down as my mistake and didn't bother contacting or anything. To my surprise, when looked at my order history, I noticed that they'd refunded the delivery charge from one of the orders completely unprompted!

   Good prices and I mucked up my order a bit and wanted to swap a few things so emailed them, I ordered and emailed on a Sunday they rung first thing on Monday, swapped some bits around and posted arriving to me on Wednesday. Very good

   First 2 orders were free next day delivery and the company seemed to perform very well (apart from a couple of stock shortages). The subsequent orders have been £5 per delivery which you don't mind paying if they reach the right person. Our latest order was not received by the correct person or company as their courier handed to an unknown individual. When I contacted them about it there was 'nothing they could do' as the courier could prove that the site delivery address was correct and someone was willing to sign for the delivery. Hannah from Tradefix stated that they couldn't afford to replace the order. They can afford to lose our custom though.
