All staff helpful, go the extra mile for you , friendly, professional, knowlegable. Tend to use tgeur eady, efficient Click and Collect- totally user friendy efficient - get text message when order ready to collect. Comorehensive stock but, if not in stock, relisbly get it next day. Special thanks to Alex and Stacey today for great service and kindness abd Virginie on previous visit. Highly recommend the store and pricing is competitive , quakity great as a bonus.”

“I bought 6 bags of blue slate on 03.07.20. The man on reception was very pleasant and helpful. He also fully complied with the companies social distancing policy. I picked up the bags outside from the service yard and again all staff were very helpful. In fact the operative helped me to load the bags into the back if my car. I will be visiting Buildbase again because their prices are very reasonable and customer service is excellent. Service with a smile rules ok.”
