   Went here today to sort a garden hose problem out with the fittings we had and needed replacements. Been to numerous retail and online places and our neighbour suggested to go to screwfix Broadheath. We had never heard of them but went with our garden hose and attachments and asked for advice. The young man was so helpful and patient and courteous, really going out of his way to find what we needed and his colleagues were also really helpful. What a wonderful find for us ! At last , real people who want to help , we shall certainly be back now we have found them and tell all our friends . Thank you guys

   Wife went in to match a door handle. Took sample with her. Staff just gave her a catalog saying look in here we sell over 500 handles you can order on line. Shocking service no help just wanted to close as 15 mins to go to closing time. Screw fix so much more helpful unfortunately did not have in stock. Also chap came to return an item whilst she was there and told to come back Monday
