   I wanted to share my disappointment following my recent visit to your store. I came in with my daughter in her pram, planning to look for some new clothes. The only way to access the men’s section with a pram on my own appeared to be via the lift located at the back of the store. However, after walking all the way there, I was met with a sign saying the lift was not in use, with no prior signage anywhere else in the store to indicate this. When I asked a member of staff how I was supposed to get upstairs, I was told that he didn’t know and he simply went back to work. I found this response unhelpful and frankly quite disappointing. As a parent, it felt as though no consideration had been given to accessibility or to customers shopping with children. I left the store feeling frustrated and angry, not only because of the lack of access, but also because of how the situation was handled. It’s very discouraging to feel as though dads aren’t welcome or thought of when it comes to basic accessibility. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve both accessibility and staff awareness in future

   Clothes nice but sometimes expensive bought a couple nice t shirts washed on a low temperature and slow spin but seems to have shrunk a bit . Went in other day to buy a nice polo shirt seen online but the x lge size more like a medium need to make more bigger sizes.

   I am one unhappy customer. Basic customer service doesn't seem to exist for some staff that work at this store. I had picked up a few items from the sale section. 2 of the items appeared to have no sale mark on it. However, they were in the sale section. I had then gone up to one of the workers (blondish hair 6ft) and mentioned that the black shacket isn't marked as sale but that it would be appreciated if he could scan it on the till and double check the price as I found it in the sale aisle. He refused to scan the item in order to double-check the price and basically said that it isn't ticketed as a sale item so it's not. I had no choice but to tell him to leave it and that I'm not taking it. Once that worker left the till area, another worker came over to the till. The blacked hair gentleman happily served me. He not only checked one of my other items which again didn't have a sale mark on it by scanning it at the till but he got the blonde worker to bring back the black shacket and once this was scanned through, it turned out that this was also a SALE ITEM. I am really annoyed with the level of poor customer service that I have experienced from the blonde man. However, thanks to the black haired staff worker, he made the experience a little bit more bearable. This store is lucky that I'm not a mystery shopper. But this definitely deserves a head office complaint. I will not be returning back. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from some people.

   Very bad shop and staff who works in there yesterday bought the winter jacket went there back today for swap around for bigger size same one they did refuse and told me to leave the shop the manager and her staff with very bad attitude progressing peoples not come in there it especially the guy who thinks is big but same time not made from protein powder
