   Whatever you looking for its there,I visit the chain at least 3 times a week,and 95% of the time they have it all on the shelve,the most practical shops for maintenance businesses which saves time from going around and searching for randoom items inside like B&Q for example, Definitely 1 of my 3 go to shop brands !

   I bought this this morning for 100 pounds. When I started using it, I was surprised that it was not working properly. I went to exchange it and the employee spoke to me in a bad way. She said that she could not exchange it or return it. Bad treatment and unfair service.

   Very unhelpful with a return, they seem happy to take your money, not very willing to give it back or help with any problems. Manager is very hostile, needs some more customer training - would give 0/5 if I could.

   This company employs the most unprofessional and rude shop assistants to serve customers. After I have done my research and saved the wood drill bits on their website, I went to their Bredbury shop in the hope that I could check it and make sure I've got the right drill bit, but I was received a horrendous, the most disgusting customer service I have ever seen in my life! The way the two young women talked to me was as if I were an alien, with so much hatred in their eyes and an unwillingness to check on their system. One young woman named Nicola was filled with so much hate and disgust and was extremely argumentative, and I had no idea what I did to upset her so much. Only because I was asking her to check on their system a second time to see if they had the right size drill bit that I was after. At the end, the so-called "deputy manager," Jess, asked me to leave the shop because I had made a complaint about Nicola. After I spent hundreds in their shop recently, I will definitely not go back for good. It's not worth receiving such hate just because I want to buy something from them. What a joke!

   Ordered a towel rail for a local job. Received text to say was ready. Got there and was told by the most unhelpful store assistant it wasn't in stock. The guy started looking in drawers despite the fact I told him it was a metre square towel rail. Then referred me to call centre for a refund, which after a one hour twenty minute wait I was told he could have done in store. Turned out it was in store. Had it delivered instead. Give this place a miss if you want good customer service and products you've actually paid for.
