   I came back again for a second visit and had another amazing experience. This time I was helped by Darren, who was just as helpful and kind as Anthony from my first visit. I brought my uncle along, who wasn’t feeling too well, and Darren went out of his way to bring a chair from the office so he could sit and rest while we shopped. That small act of care really meant a lot. Darren was very attentive, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a store with such consistently excellent customer service. Once again, I left feeling really well looked after

   I don’t usually write reviews, but the customer service I received from Anthony at this store was honestly second to none. I’ve never felt so looked after in any store I’ve ever been to… ever. Anthony was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took his time with us, made sure we weren’t wasting money, gave honest advice, and ensured we left with exactly what we needed. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sale, he actually cared. I walked out feeling confident, looked after, and super happy with the experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon to shop for more. Hands down, best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere.

   Useless place to use pathetic service rediculous click and collect service that apparently takes 3 to 5 days to get product in store, how on earth is that click and collect Zero stars but you can only give 1 star rating

   Machine Mart Bolton. Ordered some items on click and collect and had them delivered to the Bolton store. The items arrived vary quickly. On collection, the store staff helped with loading into my car and supplying the correct oil for topping up. When speaking with the staff, they said they could have fulfil my order on the same day as ordering with the large stock they carry upstairs. I didn't realise how big this store really is. LoL. So if you are in a bit of a rush phone first ( they don't bite ) lol. Many thanks to the staff. David
