I often pop in here when I visit Chester but on my last visit I was approached by a lovely young woman who was not only very pleasant and friendly but extremely helpful. Thanks to some very simple suggestions I left with a couple of items I would have ordinarily not looked at and am very pleased with . I also heard her advising another customer in the same vein . The fact that she took the time out to engage with her customers was refreshing and made her stand out amongst the lack lustre service we are sadly becoming accustomed too. Zara could do with taking some lessons from here! I wish I knew her name ....perhaps I will find out next time
Clothes shopping is not my thing but I needed to buy an outfit for a wedding. The shop has good layout, very good clothes selection and excellent changing rooms. Carla went out of her way to help me - Thankyou
The Store was very presentable and the staff were polite and welcoming, will be coming back again.
I had exhausted the shops in Newcastle, Liverpool, Southport and Chester looking for clothes suitable for work. Joe from this branch went out of his way to scour the stock room to see if there was anything not on the shelves that would do. He brought down some choices and at least I found one outfit!
Not a good shopping experience.will not go in shop again.
