Very poor. Ordered 40 sheets of plasterboard, 35 came with damage. They can be worked with, but the 200m of stud wall timber can’t. 90% of the timber is banana shaped. Won’t be using again.
Been shopping here for almost 10 years. Prices have recently gone through the roof, to pay for that rubbish new yard they have had done. The lads outside are underpaid and their faces say it. Jess the new manager needs sacking, hasn't got a clue about anything and think she owns the shop. Ive gone to Selco and Beesleys and wish I had done it months ago. Adam, Joe, Bryan, Woz and Craig keep this place alive.
Ordered two bulk bags of the same stones, received two different products! This mix-up has made my garden look uneven. See picture

Ordered online went with my partner to pick up wooden sleepers. Office staff friendly gave me a ticket, went outside with the yard guy, and he was brilliant. He helped me load the sleepers and had a good chat about football. I was dreading going. I've had a few bad experience in builders' yards, but they make you feel comfortable, and the products were cheap.

Excellent service, well organised for covid explaining why some people wear masks and others don't. Have hand sanitising if required when using payment machines. Would highly recommend. Hope other organisations are as well provided
Initial 3 star review updated to a 5 star review. Impressed with how the store manager got in contact and worked to quickly resolve the previous issue that I'd had.
Good place to deliver to. Guys took me in as soon as I got there. Drove round tipped one side, moved over tipped the other. One forklift concentrated on unloading while the others served customers
