   Saturday 23rd Aug I've been using this Warrington branch for a good few years on a very regular basis and pretty much had a positive experience,,, but today I was made to feel like an inconvenience because i happened to roll my bike into the store (no chain, nowhere to chain a bike to, so even if i did chain it outside then chances are any of the many vans in the area could just lift it without me knowing) Walked in, 1 other customer in there being seen to by the tall guy,, the shorter guy with glasses immediately challenged me with "can you not leave that outside" - ONLY ONE other person in the place and the bike was out of anyones way Glasses guy got my click and collect without any other words or conversation, totally stone faced Pick my stuff up, bagged it and turned to go saying "have a nice day".... total silence,,, tumbleweed drifting across the scene... what an ignorant rude customer service Their loss,,, screwfix for electrics and machine mart for tools in future

   Every time I turn up to pick up my 'click & collect' they ask my name, I give them the name I've left on the click and collect 'Alex Palf' and I usually get looked at like I'm stupid. They then wonder off down the isle, and look aimlessly for my items. They then wonder back, and question what I have purchased, then they wonder back off and return empty handed again. Usually ask my name AGAIN, then when they finally realise that they need to put the collection code into the computer they go straight to my items and bring them straight out. Please, whoever manages or trains the staff at Warrington Toolstation please give your staff the correct guidance on HOW TO use the click and collect system, rather than they're lazy ways. I'm getting bored of standing waiting, having to describe what I have ordered when I have a code ready on my phone, via email and text messages ready for my collection. It's a shear lack of laziness, it's rude and it's not customer service. I clicks and collect so I don't have to stand there and wait, I'm happy to que to be served but my items should be ready to collect right away, not have to be go through the same frustration time after time. I've used many other Toolstation's with great success, it just appears that the Warrington branch is full of the same incompetence through-out. If it wasn't such a convenient store, I'd most certainly go else where! Do yourselves a favour Toolstation and send somebody in to train these people to do there jobs as I'm sure you would want it, just like every other branch I have used, just for your customers sakes.

   Very bad management here. If you want a project completed in normal time, this is not the place to buy you're products. They never have the most basic products in stock. This is actually the worse hardware shop in Warrington. Easily. Toolstation that never has any tools to sell.

   I order through click and collect a bag of floor tile adhesive and other items and when i went to collect it the gent who served me told me he would carry the heavy bag to my car and he did. I am just sorry i didnt get his name. Absolutely great service.
