I came to the warrington branch to pick up a click & coloect order, here was an error with the online service that had occurred when I went to show Kirk screwfix's employee who was serving at the time, he quickly identified what the issue was and without hesitation rang customer service and quickly dealt with the matter with aplomb, his attitude and demeanor were unbelievable and I couldn't have asked for anything more when faced with the situation that had occurred.. Kirks customer service skills were second to none thank you for going the extra mile and effort it was greatly appreciated, top notch..
Fast, clean and taking COVID precautions seriously. The staff were polite and quick to serve. They alcohol gelled their hands between each customer. The screen is fantastic if and keeps customers apart. Product selection is good and the prices are better than many places. The quality of product tends to be good which is more than I can say for a lot of Amazon nuts, bolts, inserts etc... Would recommend. Update: Went in for plumbing supplies but couldn't remember the name of the product. They humoured my poor description and worked it out. :-)

I use screwfix quite often, but went on Saturday, the young lad wasn't very helpful, so went round the corner to toolstation got what I needed was served by a mature man, was very helpful, I think there are too many in experienced young people serving they need a mature person with a bit of DIY knowledge
Staff have always been helpful and friendly here, I've been lucky and rarely had to queue until today. With 3 staff serving and 2 queues only one member of staff saying next please the queue's weren't quite dealt with fairly so order of customers were a little out of sync. ie 2 people who came in after me in the 1st queue got served first. Im not going to complain about it as they recently had a fatality in store last time I came the air ambulance was here dealing with a serious incident. Prices do seem to be creeping up here as it used to be a goto place for people in a trade but prices are cheaper elsewhere. I do think the evolution range that they sell here is top notch and never had to return anything from that range. I've had other refunds and credits here before when something has been purchased and I've bought the wrong size and never had any issues doing so.
Lots of good covid safety measures. Really nice staff. Remember to look up the things you want online and have your references ready or your order number ready, this makes it quicker and easier to collect the things which you have bought. It's almost the equivalent of Argos- but for DIY. It was our first visit and we didn't realise that you couldn't look around the store. We thought it was going to be like B&Q. Basically, you order things and then you go and pick them up at the counter. The staff they were really lovely and still enabled us to order the things we required.
