   Ordered from storm quite alot for my oldest daughter through click and collect and delivery never had an issue communication is excellent from them for example ordered click and collect paid for it all then within half an hour had email to say sorry some of my items was out of stock they had sorted a refund out I thought this was good customer service communication as I had ordered the items for my daughters birthday which was few days later so it give me time to find alternatives for her. Never had an issue shopping here unlike other places. Will be ordering again from her soon ready for Christmas.

   My favourite place to shop. I think my entire wardrobe is just clothes from Storm. Also, thanks to the girlies who put chewing gum on the curtains in the changing rooms, makes me feel more comfortable getting changed. Love this place, staff always polite xx

   We love storm. My daughter lost her pandora earing in there and didnt realise. Thankyou to the girl who answered my call she found it and put it away for us to collect. Also the the lady who was on the changing rooms on Thursday she really helped my daughter and got her everything she wanted. What she didn't realise is my daughter has autism and only likes certain material's but she was so patient with her. Thankyou so much for all your help

   The first time i ordered from this place was really good - the item was fab. The second time i ordered 2 out of the 3 items were missing and it took customer service nearly a week to respond. I then re purchased my missing cargo trousers only to receive an item that has been very incorrectly made - the label said size 4 but it was more of an 8-10 (baring in mind i’d already ordered the same pair in black and the size 6 was perfect yet these size 4 were baggy and unflattering..) To have 2 negative experiences out of my 3 has put me off repurchasing which is a shame considering i liked this place the first time.
