   Visited the Chester store Monday 23rd absolutely brilliant service from Kimberley , bought a shirt and some flip flops and her interaction was great saying how the shirt was a new line and really nice , she set up my email to get notifications as well, made to feel a valued customer and want to shop there again , please pass on my feedback to her as it was well deserved.

   Very nice clothing shop for men, women and children. A bit pricey for a chain and very few items were made in the UK so check sizing as much as you can. We didn't buy but enjoyed a look around.

   An excellent shop, very helpful staff and great quality clothes - fairly priced. There are some reviews saying it’s not their style or too expensive, well… these people should just go else where!! Ridiculous how self centred some people are, thinking they are the centre of the universe! Jog on pal! Anyway, back to my review: this shop is great, very accessible and all servers very helpful. The quality of the stuff they sell are excellent and all items I have bought from here have lasted for many many years. You get what you pay for! Highly recommended!

   Was served by Helen and I can safely say I have never been talked to in such a fashion. She was rude and is clearly quite a nasty piece of work. I have vowed to never shop at Fat Face again and so have my friends. I was left really quite upset. The shop sells relaxed fit clothes of good quality in muted colours but sadly inaccessible to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable shopping experience.
