   It was our first visit to Côte Brasserie Reigate and it turned out to be a bit of a bittersweet experience. The food was absolutely 5-star — beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and exactly what you’d expect from Côte. Unfortunately, the service let the experience down. During our visit we were served by four different waitresses, which made everything feel disorganised. One member of staff repeatedly brought the wrong food and drinks to our table due to confusion over the table number (13, not 30). After ordering dessert, our coffee arrived well before the dessert. After waiting over half an hour, I had to find a staff member myself to check whether our order had even gone through. There was no communication about the delay and no apology when the dessert eventually arrived. One of the waiters also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as if they had just returned from a break, which was quite unpleasant while eating. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy at the time, which made the service issues even more disappointing. With such great food, the overall experience could be so much better if the service matched the quality of the kitchen.

   Food was below average dry steaks and burgers very sad considering in past times I’ve had some lovely steaks here. Sadly will not be returning but I had the most amazing service from Nayana. She wrote a “well done” message on our receipt for our daughter and she was so happy. Thank you!

   I love going here. Took a friend for a light breakfast and it was lovely. I use a powerchair and they had no issues getting the ramp for me to enter and exit. Food is always so nice and allergies and intolerance are well catered for. Excellent atmosphere as always. Can't wait to go back. Good job! ♿️

   Lovely find - highly recommended! The cuisine was varied and we went all in - full 3 courses and desert wine / coffee. Really enjoyable evening, staff were friendly. Location is great with local parking available. We had a slight issue in that a drink ordered did not arrive, but we did not chase it and when pointed out at the end of the meal the staff apologised and quickly adjusted the bill. Very different from where I would normally eat, but so glad I went. I will definitely return and recommend to others Thank you for an amazing, well served and relaxed evening

   This restaurant is so gorgeous and has a lively yet calm dynamic inside. It is spacious and the tables are great, far from each other and the staff are extremely friendly and competent. The food was delicious and the portion was perfect. I ordered steak and fries and it was cooked just the way I liked it. I totally recommend going!

   I love French food with a passion however this is not a good representation of French food at all. The food lacked flavour the prawns were just in tomato sauce no seasoning. The sea bass was nice however the potatoes were not good and creamed spinach not that great. The calamari was so chewy and again lacked flavour. Overall a disappointing experience

   Absolutely delicious, the beef cheek Bourguignon was divine and the staff made our experience, just excellent. We have also been to the Norwich branch with the same result.....Cote is an excellent chain, which makes a pleasant change. Thank you.

   The food here is very nice, a little slow on service. But the pudding was out of this world, melt in the mouth. My 8yr old daughter loved the children's menu. Would definitely return.
