   Went into the Liverpool store today. Picked up 2 items which had red sale tickets on them, when we tried to self serve they kept coming up with full price, we then went to the till and the lady said the sale prices were now out of date and they were back to full price and they wouldn’t honor the sale prices. Virtually all of the shop had the red stickers on as it was a stock clearance sale. Really disappointed, we have bought lots from this store in the past, but this was ridiculous. If items aren’t on sale please remove the stickers !!!

   Pretty shocking customer service!!! A blazer on the mannequin at the front of the store but I couldn’t see it anywhere, staff said they didn’t know either, they looked on their stock checker and it was showing they had sizes in the stockroom, after I waited around for a while the staff member came back and said they couldn’t find it, when I requested the one off the mannequin I was told no, so I asked to talk to a manager. The manager explained to me that despite the fact they were displayed it on the mannequin, it was only available online, and again told me I couldn’t have it. Absolutely ridiculous that you are displaying stock to customers but not allowing them to purchase. I came into store because I didn’t want to shop online. Manager disagreed with me when I told him this was bad service. Jokes on him as it will be him out of a job soon enough if you will only sell stock online.

   Awful service! staff were rude and unwilling to help. It’s as if staff don’t want customers to shop there! I Was trying to look for an item that I had picked up earlier in store to try it in another size but lost where I found that item and was trying to find it again. I asked a member of staff where this would be and she said ‘have you looked?’ in a very rude tone. She then pointed in the general direction of the item so I still had to look for it. Another instance that same day, I went to pay at the till, I had to wait for a member of staff to get there just to be told I can’t pay at the till because they don’t take card??

   Absolutely gobsmacked. Staff here need major training in customer service. Have been stood patiently by the main entrance waiting for my partner who spends thousands at this store to be asked to leave as if im trying to shoplift, then challenged again by the deputy store manager who honestly needs some serious managerial lessons. Never been so angry in my entire life. And i can guarentee mr parterner who was left very upset by your staffs actions will also never return. NEVER judge a book by its cover.... just because somebody wears working clothes does not mean that they cannot afford your stock and are there to steal it.... very far from it Only saving grace was one lady behind the counter who handled a embarassed customer well and honestly looked ashamed about the whole incident itself This is a Liverpool store not Harrods WILL BE FOLLOWING THIS HIGHER UP THE CHAIN

   Great clothes in a convenient location all the young people and kids shop here for Hampshire hoodies and delightful styles. The store is clean and beautiful.
