I came here a few days ago and instead of getting ushered away the staff were amazing, one named Dora suggested the peacocks app and told me about latest offers, she waited for 5 minutes for me to download the app which was lovely of her.
I did get a lovely top from there in the little sales bit but the whole time we were there an older woman who was working there followed us around, she even walked up to the till with me! I understand that they want to avoid any thefts but for god's sake you can at least you can at least try to not make it obvious. The whole bloody experience gave me awful anxiety. Have some decency and give people the space to shop, awful woman.
Had a terrible experience at the Kirkby shop today. The young staff are disrespectful and have no time for you. Ruined my shopping experience! Asked for help and was told no straight to the point completely blanked me. So rude!!!! They need some customer service training ASAP!
Had a look in Peacocks and bought a new white cardigan, short all in one jumpsuit and a pair of cropped pants, which I used a voucher for and got £5 off which was quite reasonable.

Its like a jumble sale, even midweek! Looking at Bra s for instance why oh why are they a foot above your head?.. blouses they are so high you need your husband with you to find the size you want!!! . I normaly spend a lot of money here in store but im now not going to bother coming in . One of the staff actualy smacked into me today?. I have a walking stick to help me along. I very nearly lost my balance.... not good at all......
