   I bought earrings and rings from here yesterday, and today I found better quality ones elsewhere, so I came back to return them. There was no notice anywhere saying that earrings couldn’t be refunded. But when I came in today, they told me I couldn’t return them for hygiene reasons. I had kept them in my bag the entire time and never used them. If I had, the earring box would have been torn, but it was completely intact, and everything was clearly clean and unused. Yet, they still refused to refund them. Honestly, it’s ridiculous and laughable.

   Great selection of clothing for teenagers which is something really missing from the High Street in general. Just need to mention how mixed the service was from the staff. One was super helpful and took us to the items we were looking for, the other two were rude, dismissive, didn't make eye contact and basically treated me like I was a time waster.

   Pros Decent shop with a bit of range of clothes that looks of good Quality. Cons Everyone have to be careful of their billings when purchasing your item and please make sure the exact pricing is the billing. We had an incident were we couldn't recieve our email receipt. We stood there and said the customer service team in the billing counter that we didn't receive. We then asked them politely to give us a paper receipt which didn't happen. Then we somehow managed to get the receipt. Upon receiving the receipt we understood the pricing was wrong entered which was a difference of more than 20 quids we eventually got the refund but it took a fews days which I was okay with. But such a neglectful behavior from staff is not acceptable. So guys who ever shop please see your receipts if it has been billed properly... otherwise you can let go....

   11 people waiting to be served while, one member of staff served. The other 3 I could see on the shop floor were tidying the rails and boxing up the hangers behind the till, despite being able to see the customers waiting. I approached one of the ladies tidying and asked if someone could help to serve at the till, to which she said we have to stay in our areas and do our jobs. Very poor customer focus, no wonder so many new look are closing if they don’t focus on completing purchase and providing the basic customer service

   Tiny store, very rarely find anything in here, the accessories department in particular is always extremely disappointing. They have put a curve section in now, but I wouldn't waste your time looking as it's so small.

   Clothes marked up wrong, then spoken to by the member of staff like I was stupid for asking for a refund when purchased two t shirts meant to be 2 for £16 but she charged £20 each she tried telling me they weren't on that offer when the rest of the t shirts were all on the same rail.
