I bought a range of appliances via the Harrogate store and the service, advice and support from everyone at Crampton and Moore was absolutely excellent throughout - from the staff in store to the delivery team, nothing was too much trouble. The town centre location was a big plus for me as well, just a short walk away rather than having to drive to an out of town store. Also, the prices were superb. I can 100% recommend them and will definitely use them again.
Couldn't decide between oled & qled for our next tv, the kind bearded gentleman (sorry i didn't get your name!) Was incredibly helpful and explained the difference and matched the tv to our needs! Would recommend to any one!

The experience from this company from start to finish has been excellent. I purchased over the phone from Graham with the advice and help what i expected. The pricing was also very good... The communication from Steve via phone and email further into the order was quick and helpful organising delivery to suit me. Towards delivery date the courier company made an error with the delivery date which would have caused me issue and inconvenince. However Steve went completely above and beyond and resolved the situation... The experience from start to finish from this company and there team has been way above what you will get from Currys / Argos and i will certainly shop with them again in the future. Thanks again...
We’ve bought a few items from this store over the last 3 years and always found the staff both knowledgeable and helpful. Recently I had to return a faulty radio and the service was excellent with no fuss whatsoever. It really shows how useful it is to shop locally.
