   Think 10x before you purchase. Trying to return a DVD player (Majority brand) which doesn't do what it says on the advertising blurb, and İt took much convincing before I was refunded. Also, if you use nectar points for purchase they cannot return the points but keep you tied to another purchase by way of a "gift card". Whatever happened to consumer rights???

   Bought an micro SD card and it was broken, I took it straight back and they wouldn’t refund claiming that we had broken it, I use these cards regular for cameras that I fit so we know how to handle them, really disappointed with their whole attitude! Won’t be going again

   I ordered this pan and a wok and both items arrived damaged. What was worse I returned the damaged items & reordered then went back a few days later to be presented with the same damaged goods. I assumed damaged items would be returned to the supplier but it seems Argos are happy to resell them to the next unsuspecting customer. Very poor.

   Went the other day to buy a slide and asked them about a pool table I bought at Christmas that had some damage when delivered. Emily was a great help and very friendly and efficient. Excellent customer service

   Was served by Jessica Patel who unfortunatley did not know anything about product information and instead of just saying it she just provided me with false information in order to buy a particular item. Do not be fooled and stay away from scammers like Jessica Patel who is not fit for the job.

   Great to have in the area and always in stock for a relatively small Argos store. The negative reviews are clearly over exaggerated and one side to a story. It’s always easy to post negatively than to go out of your way to post positive ones. People with silver spoons in their mouths should take a step back and appreciate what retail staff have gone through in the last 18 months.
