    I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Claire on the customer service desk at Curry's (Crown Point Leeds), I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from start to finish. Claire listened to our issues and explained things very clearly, she went above & beyond to solve our issue, I find it very rare that we come across someone who combines efficiency with a friendly understanding attitude. Claire you are a credit to the company and we thank you for you unwavering service, I would also like to extend the same appreciation to Senior Sales Assistant Alan Comish for his professionalism in making our experience seamlessly smooth and stress free.

    23rd July I ordered a next-day delivery oven and electric hob for a property I was due to rent out from Saturday. The order arrived on Monday – which meant I lost the tenants, as I couldn’t let the property without those appliances. To make matters worse, the oven arrived damaged. I then spent the next two weeks battling with the outsourced customer service team, who kept blaming the β€œsystem” for every issue with booking a collection date. Currys only covers up to 10% of the original product’s price towards a replacement. The same oven was out of stock, and the next available model was more expensive. I was willing to pay the Β£6 difference myself – but Currys refused, because they don’t accept any top-up payments. I wasted countless hours trying to secure a simple collection date. In the end, they only collected the oven – despite me booking a collection for both the oven and the hob. The hob was on a hardwire, which was my mistake, but I still had 30 days to return it. I called the same day to explain the situation, only to hear again: β€œsystem problem.” For the next two weeks, I kept calling to arrange collection of the hob. No one came. By the time 30 days had passed, I was told it was too late – even though the delays were not my fault. To make matters worse, they will only collect from the delivery address, which is impossible now as the property has been rented out. Avoid at all costs!

    Went in first thing in the morning with a budget of around Β£1k to spend on specific items.. Sales guy just simply could not be bothered about any form of customer service. He may have had a bad night the previous night but that's not my problem. Just one example of the can't be bothered attitude - asked about a steam cleaner - he walked me to the irons and stood in front of them asking which one do I want? I was confused why he brought me there - thought from the adverts on TV that the sales people were clued up. An iron is quite different to a steam cleaner! Explained this and got a lacklustre response, eventually told him which one I wanted - he went in the back, got something completely different *twice the price ( i found out later)and came back out and said this is all we've got and then tried giving me that. Walked back to the till waiting for the other items to be sorted - then thought, Im a customer, want to be treated properly ( not the American style).Just a friendly face and he couldn't be bothered. Decided then just to walk - stuff them! Never again in this store!

    STAY AWAY from Currys!! Paid for LG American fridge freezer, which broke after 32 days, but no help from Currys rather than absolute denial they had done any wrong, keep referring me to LG who didn't fix it. I was waiting for an appointment for 3 weeks, LG closed the file, and Currys did nothing. I'm Β£1400 out of pocket, have no fridge, and no response from customer services for the month now! I'm chasing justice longer than I have owned the product. Contacted the bank to help fight my case. Leeds Crown Point Store is, a disgrace!!! Google how many people are in the same position with the products they bought from them, I wish I did!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! SCAMERRS

    Vince was a superstar! What a great guy, nothing was too much trouble for him, he even went and checked a delivery that had just come in to get our product. 5 star service

    Purchased gaming PC and collected from store. Very helpful staff and pc was produced very quickly. The store doesn't have much in the way of cable and accessory choices, but the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about other options to solve issues.

    The go to store for all your household appliances, mobile phones and tech. Even if you don't buy from Curry's it will give you an insight into what you want before searching online or elsewhere for the best possible deals. However their prices are usually very competitive. I visited to look at mobile phones and saved Β£100 during their black Friday sale. Highly recommend.
