   Shocked and no apology from the till assistant ! I came in to pick up an item kindly ordered instore. When checked on the till system she said that no one with my name lives at this address! I felt quite put out and annoyed, luckily the store manager serving on the next till was able to solve the issue by correctly entering order details. The assistant then produced my order but no apology or thankyou! All the staff at this store I find are all so helpful and kind,but I suppose some do have off days.

   Cant fault the service, even though the store had internet issues meaning only one till was usable with no contactless. Samantha was courteous and polite in all the mayhem (total opposite to a sales assistant in another store I visited on the same day - not a next store!)

   Quality clothing at affordable prices. Good hygiene practices in place, social distancing signs very clear and sanitiser readily available. Clean and well presenting shop with friendly staff.

   Like Next a good variety of quality products at competitive prices.Not only do they have a good range of clothing but they also do a good range of Home products.Friendly staff and free parking.Well worth a visit if travelling to Bromborough.

   Absolutely love Next.. who dosnt. Really good quality, bang on trend. My local store has big sizes. Order online and collect in store, easy to get credit.

   I always find Next a bit hit and miss. I rarely end up getting anything, but if I do I get good wear out of it. This store is not huge, over 2 floors, with a relatively small selection of menswear. Having said that, the staff are great if you need to order something not in the store. I have always found them helpful.

   There is a medium range of clothing available here. The biggest problem is that the racks are set out like a maze so you have to wind your way left and right to get to the other side of the store or back out. Upstairs there is a small gents section and an even smaller homeware section.
