Emily is an angel, she helped me find the last pair of jeans in the shop that I found online, and she was so lovely and helpful. Emily you’re amazing!! 10/10
The staff were barely moving, looking completely unwell, as if they were sick. I am now afraid to come back because of the risk of catching something. This is extremely unprofessional, and management needs to address this immediately to ensure the health and safety of both employees and customers.
Horrible experience went to get pants for my son, there was 1 member of staff on the tills and went to help someone else leaving me and someone else in the queue for 10-15 mins, I'd walked past about 10 staff pretending to do something who probably could of took over, it was like everyone has a chilled out pill and there was not a rush in anyone to help! The girl on the tills could of easily asked someone else to help but decided to make everyone else wait instead, if your in a rush avoid like the plague! Customer service shocking
Great store with excellent selection of clothes for everyone and a homeware section. Didn't enjoy that there were only a couple of changing rooms and a long line to pay with only one manned til and self checkout otherwise. Made the experience a bit less for me after feeling like I was in a supermarket checkout.
Good range and nicely laid out. The mens section was quite small and didn’t stock some basics that I expected but I still found things I liked. A good range of sale items too for men and women.
The girl at the cash was so helpful and nice. Sorry I didn't take her name but she stood out from all the cashier's we have met lately. So gentle and kind. H & M never disappoints me. Well done.
The place is very organised and clean. The only staff I talk to was a girl on the till and she was fab, very nice and warm. A lot of variety of clothes, a bit of hit and miss on quality, but otherwise ok.
I actually went for window shopping but spotted some nice bras,I am not very sure of my size but I will be back to pick one or two.
26th sept 2020. Prices are reasonable. Many promotions and items on sale. Were able to avail of the 20% discount given to students when spent £30 above in store shopping.
