Amazing, efficient and extremely quick service!!! There was a mixup with the delivery dates but Instore managed to reschedule upon knowing my situation. Aron and Connor arrived 20 minutes later and replaced the old wardrobe with the new one within 5 minutes. Both were absolutely hilarious. 11/10 stars.

First time user, customer for life. Great service, from ordering to delivery and assembly, very helpful with selecting furniture packages, even steered us towards some great value clearance items. Prior to delivery staff attended for a site visit to check access and parking (150 mile round trip). We agreed delivery and installation 2 days after payment and they turned up with two large vehicles and 7 employees. They expertly furnished 3 full houses in just one day. We had over-ordered and asked to return 9 sofa's!! which was agreed without question, and the sofa's loaded back on to their vehicle. The staff on site were professional and polite, they were all smartly dressed in company uniform. They quickly and efficiently assembled everything, removed all the boxes and wrapping and even left us with 9 mattress covers as a thank you. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Really friendly and helpful moving furniture into my new student house. As a female who was alone i still felt really safe. Luka was super nice and helpful moving a new mattress into my room and even helped take the bedding off the old one. Overall super kind and helpful staff :)
