    Avoid this shop at all costs , staff are so unhelpful , my husband bought a coat and the pocket had ripped. Wasn’t fit for purpose £249. Took back to shop next day and staff wouldn’t do anything customer service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything out of here they want your money then are rude when there’s a problem.

    Would rank my experience as zero stars if this was possible. Bought expensive Mallet trainers for an event I had in Leeds at the Warrington branch whilst passing through. Once I arrived at Leeds I noticed that I had two different trainers so i couldn’t wear them as planned for my work event. I then called the branch and was greeted by a rude member of staff who was a manager. I had to drive all the way back to the branch and would have kept the trainers if it wasn’t for my experience . The manager was unhelpful rude and completely lacked any customer service. She then said I could have just gone to Leeds which was completely unhelpful as I’d already made the journey, she could have mentioned this on the phone earlier and gone out of her way to try and fix this mistake and this would have been appreciated. No gesture of goodwill was offered for going out of my way to try and fix their mistake, I didn’t even receive an apology and was laughed at when my back was turned which another customer informed me of. I have spent money at this place over the years and now I will never return to this company again unless they own their mistake and focus more on customers experience and being “premium” Stay away

    Awful store with zero attention to customer service And very rude staff. Bought a pair of Hugo Boss trainers on Friday and took them back less than 24hrs later due to the size being wrong. If they had my size I would have gladly exchanged but because they didn’t and due to the fact I bought them in the sale (I was never told when I bought them that sale items can’t get a full refund) then all they offered was a credit note as I had the receipt. I didn’t want anything else so now it’s cost me £200 for a pair of trainers that should only have cost £100!!!! I know my business will never effect the company but due to the way my sales experience was handled and how poor they were in store at handling this I will never shop or buy anything from this company again and I will never recommend it either.

    I would not have given a star if I didn't have to. Bought a pair of boss trainers for £99 (sale), realised they were made of plastic when I got them home. I came to return them after not even taking one out of the box, and the guy offered a gift card only. I can now only buy my Christmas gift from Scott's, blacks or JD. The returns policy is for everyone to see, in extremely small writing by the till. Floor manager was very unhelpful. Shop assistant apologised, but said he could do nothing. Do not buy from Tessuti!
