   Going away on holiday and left buying shorts till the last minute in October, no short on display as it wasn’t the time of year but the lady behind the counter was very helpful and said we have them in the back, what type are you looking for? 2 minutes later and three pairs of shorts the type I wanted in various colours were presented, I paid thanked the lady and walked out happy

   Went down to my local next store the self check in screens where down, understandibly these things can happen, finally I got to the till after 15 minutes approximately to be told order numbers where not working on the till only customer account number's to locate order's. Eventually the lovely lady on the till managed to find my order and was very apologetic again this is something out of her control and cant be helped! Due to the technical issue's there was becoming a quite a que but I enquired if I could purchase gift wrap that was at the till to be told I would need to join the back of the que again. Not only had I already qued but the entire que was for click and collect item's not one person had in store purchase's in their hand's. Why have thing's to upsell situated at the till's if your going make customer's go to the back of the que to purchase. But had plenty of time to stand around with his arm's foulded chewing gum! Other than this other staff member's where really helpful and most of all very apologetic.

   I don't usually give reviews but wanted to say what a bad experience I had in ladies clothing buying my wife's Christmas present. Extremely bad customer service from the lady in there. So unhelpful and lazy. Will not be returning.

   Went to collect item ordered on line , service was terrible extremely slow , asked me a number of times for my order number but couldn't find my order at least 10 people got served in front of me before my parcel was found .

   Absolute joke of a shop , purchased a hoodie that turned out too big for me , I took it back too next and they advised me that a smaller size isn’t available not even online , the only one they had was in Manchester, I then asked if I could order the one in Manchester too the shop I was at and they said no way they don not do that !! WOW in this day in age suppose too be customer driven absolute joke so I gave the hoodie back and got my money back , disgraceful customer service

   The stock of shirts in store is very poor and so had to order and pay for two to be collected , this was two weeks ago and was given a collection date of 7 December ,went to collect on the 8th and told they were due in that day. I arranged to collect on the 10 th , guess what ,haven't arrived , supposedly on their way. I was told at point of sale that I couldn't ring up to check on delivery , surprise surprise today I am told that I can ring up ,after wasted time and journeys and still no shirts I am NOT Happy. If I could buy these type of shirts anywhere else I certainly would , Next are not having my custom again .

   really great store if you want to grab essentials quickly. i visited menswear today which was well laid put and as not yo big there is enough choice but not too much. staff really friendly and eager to help should you need it. although some items could be bought elsewhere for less some are really good value. well worth a visit.

   Great place for shopping. I think the women's department is a bit small, could have more clothes in. Otherwise always nice shopping experience, friendly staff. Free parking outside. I like shopping in this store because its never too overcrowded. There is also Next Home upstairs.
