“We Went in store for the first time today to look at trainers. We got served by Daisy and they were extremely helpful and friendly. They approached to ask if we needed help and we did . I wanted some Nike Bella’s as they were the comfiest trainers iv ever owned. They were brilliant and very knowledgeable about the stock. Not only did they find what I was looking for but I was stuck choosing between two pairs. Matthew was very helpful along with his colleague who adjusted the laces in my old shoes to see if that would help my blister problem. “Excellent Customer service :) Took a jumper back wrong size & i said i’d make up the difference & go for an over-shirt instead but they didn’t have the size/colour i wanted on the rail but Lauren said ‘It says we have 1 in stock just let me check’ Wow that girl was like a Jack Russell (meant in the kindest of ways) she searched everywhere coming back to me to say she can’t find it but we do have this 1or this 1?
