   Me and my friend join this gym over two years ago there’s a young lad that works there Josh Fitz water and Karoline friendly and helpful nothing is too much for him, The. I’m glad he is one great lad. We will surely miss him but he deserves the promotion. He’s getting well done Josh.

   Bought trainers, very happy with them. We were offered 10% off if we downloaded the JD app. It took about 15 mins before the app finally loaded, then another 5/6 mins before we could register the sale with a QR code. What a Pfaff!

   Went in to have a look round with my partner found a pack of Nike socks. All different colours which would go perfect with my summer clothing. They where £18 I waited in a long queue at the till to finally be served by a young guy, probably in his mid to late 20s. He tried to charge me £20 for the pack of multicoloured Nike socks. If I hadn’t of mentioned the price, he would’ve overcharged me which I would’ve had to go back and get a refund instead of looking at the packaging with the price label on it he just scanned it I normally shop at TK Maxx because they sell the same clothing are cheaper the price and you do not get ripped off. I’ve never liked JD sports and if it wasn’t for the socks being multicoloured and my partner purchasing Mckenzie trainer which we had to wait ages for finding his size 7 then having to weight in queue I wouldn’t of purchased anything will not be returning. Absolute rip-off. The staff are very rude unhelpful and stand at the doors blowing each other kisses and moaning/ judging customers and not helping at tills. This store is way to small and should move too RavenHead retail park much better retail units for better customer experience

   Went in today absolutely shocking lad on the till give wrong trainers to me then had go back to refund. Put clothes on till what I wanted to buy and went in the changing rooms to try a pair of shorts on then went to till to find out they have literally throne my clothes I was buying on a big mix up pile behind the till then the staff cba looking through the pile to find them!

   Only marking this four stars because I went in few days ago to buy another pair of trainer's. I had bought a pair in there a month b4 but down to fixing my car they were a bit worse for wear. I asked a member of staff if they had another pair the same . I had already looked round but couldn't see them . She walked round one display stand come back and said "No we've sold out " then just walked off . At this point I thought obviously you don't want my business and felt like walking out . I did find the trainers I wanted and spoke to another member of staff who was awesome. If you go look for staff that have smiles on their faces.
