   I used Groom for my wedding on the 5th of November and couldn’t be happier with the service. After visiting multiple suit shops beforehand, this was the clear winner. I bought two suits and rented three others and the quality across all of them was fantastic. Well-made, comfortable, and looked great. The staff were consistently friendly, highly knowledgeable, and really helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing felt rushed or pushy and they made sure everything fit exactly how it should. I even needed a last-minute alteration on my waistcoat just before the wedding and they handled it quickly, professionally, and without any stress which was a lifesaver. Overall, it’s been a brilliant experience from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Groom to anyone looking for wedding suits or formalwear. Great people, great service, and great quality.

The experience the team here has is second to none and it was easy to trust their judgement and choices. Florentina is wonderful, you get an honest response from her when asking her opinion and that’s what anyone would want.

   We brought 2 suits and hired 5 from Groom in Chester for our wedding and it was a great experience! Hugo was extremely helpful when deciding what we wanted and all the team were helpful during fittings etc! We had a couple of issues when we collected our suits but they were resolved extremely quickly and easily! The gentleman looked extremely smart! I would definitely recommend Groom Chester!

   I was looking for a suit for my wedding and bought a bespoke suit, significantly cheaper than I expected to pay. This required some additional alterations which were done at no extra cost. Fantastic service, it was so good I ended up buying my waistcoat and Tie and cufflinks all from Groom. Definitley recommend.

   I recently used Groom to buy the suits for my wedding. We were very unfortunate to pick up suits which we not up to standard. You can see what I mean from the pictures. I appreciate things happen so rang the shop to ask for replacements. Unfortunately I received a very unprofessional response from Colin who never gave any form of an apology. He just said I'll have to pick up my replacements a day before my wedding. I told him I couldn't do that as we had appointments all day. He just said that wasn't his problem but thankfully after some persuasion he sorted it for us. When we went in to pick up the replacements we felt like a hindrance to him and he offered very poor customer service. It's a shame to have such a bad experience as the manager Dan is a great bloke. The experience having to deal with Colin put a real dampner of what should have been a happy week for me and it causes lots of unnecessary stress.
