   Had a parcel delivered here. Went when I was told it was delivered and was told they weren't due a delivery till later that day. Then couldn't go till a week later which I did and they still didn't have it (apparently) they then made me out to be a liar checking my phone for proof that I had received the confirmation that the parcel had been delivered. They took my details to call me when they had found it and I am still waiting a week later. I doubt I will ever hear from them ever again

   Had a parcel delivered to this store . Upon collection I was told it wasn't there . Took contacting Bargin Booze customer service for them to confirm the store claimed to have given the parcel to Yodel by mistake Staff member didn't have the honesty to confirm this days before. Also called back a week later to see if the parcel had been found which it hasnt, with the Staff member refusing to give the owners details and providing a fake mobile number. Currently in the process of dealing with head office and will be filing In Small Claims Court if im not compensated. Im also reporting to the police shortly Disgraceful Shop and Staff.

   Rang to ask availability of some particular Beers. Person who answered the phone, didn't seem to understand my questions, then he hung up. I rang again, a while before he answered again, told that there was a queue, and that I should come to the Shop, he was too busy to talk on the phone!! Well, as a 78 year old, I try to avoid wasted journeys! Will look elsewhere! Avoid!!
