Good store..staff service was really great and next in town called to reserve item here for me..both stores were really helpful and service at next has always been high quality. Costa inside store. Easy outside parking.. two floors..been to this store many times and always great service
Beautiful store and layout ......only big problem I have found in edge lane store is the toilets .....they are not getting checked regularly.....always a mess .....

Poor customer services. No manners at all of how to deal with customer. Yesterday I was shopping in shoes department. All shelves were mixed and displaced. I was really struggling to find kids pair of shoes because all the shoes were up and down separated from each other and on floor. Suddenly, a staff member just came around and say make sure you clean all the shoes before going we need a clean floor. I was shocked to hear that but after choosing 4 pairs of shoes I put back the one I was checking the size then she laughed with her colleagues and turn her back. I am regular customer with a large transactions because of my big family. But I think these things doesn't matter a costumer should be respected equally whether spend 1 or hundreds. Very disappointed the way I've been spoken.
This Next shop is set over 2 floors with a costa on the upper level. There is lots of parking an disabled parking available on the retail park. The shop was clean an busy esp click an collect items point which did clog up the doorway at times. Large selection of clothes, an gifts. Homeware selection is small but ok. Found it hard to find a shop assistant in this department.
I agree with an earlier poster about the toilets. The seats in Costa Coffee were stained and grubby as well as uncomfortable. You'd think they'd make more of an effort. At least the coffee was good.
The amount of times I was asked if I was "managing ok" made me feel like I needed therapy. Now I've wasted hundreds of pounds for no reason!!!!

Collection of parcels is absolutely ridiculous at least 20 people waiting and 1 person doing it. Waited half hour
Parcel collection system is terribly slow. It’s not working at all. Making you wait for ages. People getting frustrated.
