    I was served today by Megan. She was just what you want from an assistant, helpful, knowledgeable and went the xtra mile showing me how to use the self serve checkout for future use! (Having been put off using them by Zara’s!) Very impressive!

    Decent selection of stuff, and the staff on the shop floor and tills were super helpful and courteous. But managers… PLEASE turn down the music! I love music but I don’t want to be speaking to my partner about my shopping choices with raised voices over the tunes.

    Don't try and return anything unless you want to be judged and treated like a petty criminal! Very disappointed with my recent visit, I'm a regular shopper at this store and spend a lot of money usually with no issues. Last week I spent over £350 however when I got home I noticed one of the t-shirts I bought had a bright pink stain under the arm. I returned the t-shirt complete with receipt (both a paper receipt and one on my app). Rather than just exchanging the t-shirt for an unmarked one I was questioned as to when I bought it (all shown on receipt) then was asked to "wait there a minute". After 10 minutes of being left at the till I asked what I was waiting for to be told the person serving me had been told by the manager to check the CCTV for proof of purchase before issuing the exchange. Surely the two receipts presented with the item clearly listed on is proof enough! What should have been a straight forward exchange was unnecessarily prolonged and I was made to feel like a thief all whilst the till was left unmanned and ppl got annoyed and left the queue. Very bad customer service, the management needs retraining!!!

Nice , clean and tidy store with a huge selection of great products. Once again many thanks to Nathan for quick and smooth transaction. Will definitely call back soon.

    Just took £120 trainers back to Speke Retail due to making an awfull squeak when walking , was made to feel like i was in the wrong due to reaction from the girl they are sending back to manufacturers. I am 64 my husband whos trainers they are is 67 we are not in the habit of taking things back so feel very disapointed to say the least

    I picked up a shirt and took it to the checkout. A female and male were behind the desk. Female held up her hand and said something unintelligible. She carried on her chat to her colleague. I waited 30 seconds, dropped the shirt, I would have bought, on the desk and walked out...... I will NOT be returning to JD Sports.

    My stars are for the managers the way they speak to their staff needs addressing my daughter left this shop. If new staff are trained well you shouldnt have problems you only get back what you give out at the end of the day. Ive only ever had great customer service from the shop floor so five stars to you.

    Visited this store today Mersey Retail Park Speke and although they didn't have the item we wanted in stock, one of the assistants Tom went over and beyond to help us out. Very helpful and professional. Couldn't do enough. JD you are lucky to have him.

    Too many offers!!most of the times the prices at JD are the best!! But always its difficult to find someone to help you!! And if you find they don't even look at you!!
