   Ali, the lady in the changing rooms was so so kind to everyone. She was making everyone in the changing rooms giggle, she was absolutely fantastic. What a gorgeous lady!!!

   I don’t often shop at Primark but this one has been great whenever I need something cheap. I was really impressed by their click and collect service. I went late one day on a Sunday and the staff were lovely, a real credit to the store. They were happy to help even though they probably had long and tiring days in store and were near to closing for the day. I do think it can be tricky to find things sometimes. I recommend this Primark.

   Cloths ok cheap and cheerful , but some of the staff on front of house need to be dragged in to the office and given there notices , tall blond lad needs to get over himself stop being rude to customers, also the other assistant on self service till needs to get her act sorted out as well , not mine or other customers fault your security systems are rubbish , you are there to assist customers not to shout at them to think if I had acted like that in job i used to do I would of been out on my ear , primark sort the staff out ,this is coming from a " former customer services / Assistant @ M&S and Debenhams"

   Visited on a Saturday morning. This Primark is mid-sized compared to others we visited but still offers a comprehensive range of items. The main draw is undoubtedly the low prices, with many products at bargain rates. Shopping experience was generally positive, though there were some inventory issues. Specifically, 'Large' sizes were missing in several items I checked. However, I managed to find alternatives, suggesting a decent overall selection. Checkout was surprisingly efficient despite long queues, taking only 3-4 minutes. This is commendable for a busy weekend morning. Overall, Primark Chester delivers on its promise of affordable fashion. While there are some inventory challenges, the variety and pricing make it a worthwhile stop for budget-conscious shoppers.

   Plenty of stock... although a bit low on smaller sizings, probably due to being a popular buy! Wheelchair/pushchair friendly with space around the clothing racks to manoeuvre! Lots of reductions in store so plenty of bargains to be had. The 2 ladies at checkout were lovely even though they were stressed at not being able to find a store manager or other members of staff to put on more tills as there was a line of customers building with some giving up and walking out.

   Good collection of clothes for families. They have very bright colorful range of clothes for women. Purses are also good in colours and in style. Ladies can find nice coat and pant. Trousers materials are nice and best in colours as well. Price is not highly but can buy easily for occasion. Visit place

2. Not so Plain ★★★☆☆

   Small/medium sized primark over 2 floors. Fitting rooms are open again (upstairs but not down) and are a good size but had no air con on. Good Disabled access. Parking nearby is limited unless in one if the local multistorey carports (such as market Street). Good place for cheap holiday clothes. Long queues.

   I was able to get some of the products what I intended to buy here. There were few buyers though because they were about to close. If you intend visiting I recommend visiting at earlier hours. The overall experience was fair partly because they were short staffed because some staff had closed for the day. Couldn't take enough pictures though.
