Great service from staff who were happy to help arrange a delivery for cloths that they didn't have in store

Absolute shambles of a store, finding a simple product in the evening is incredibly difficult, trainers just left all over the seats and the staff couldn't even suggest a suitable product, so I gave up. If they spent more time helping customers instead of vaping outside the shop, it would be so much better!.
I am disappointed with the service in Chester and will not be going back there again. The girls at the checkout are extremely slow — even though I wasn't in a hurry, I couldn’t understand how it's possible to be that slow when people only had one or two items to scan. These are young people, but it seems like they either don’t want to work, are still new, or simply don’t care because they’re probably just there temporarily. Top of that, I received two copies of a damaged receipt from my purchase, with a corrupted QR code, which makes it impossible to scan.
You can find any designer sneakers and other nice footwears on an affordable prices here. I have bought 2 sneakers here on different occasions, there have really nice qualities and it lasts long.
I had to wait a while for the trainers I wanted to try on. I don't understand why as we were 2 out of about 4 customers in the store. Staff were wandering around and felt like they were trying to avoid us. After I tried on my shoes I decided to buy them and had to really try and get the attention of the girl behind the till. She couldn't find my box despite it being the only box behind there. I felt like I was such an inconvenience to her and she only perked up as we turned to leave the shop. So disappointed and I feel I'd be too anxious to go back.
Great selection of shoes and clothing. Found the trainer I was after on sale rack. Took to till to a group of young staff chatting amongst themselves. One girl took the shoe off me an gave it to someone else an said I had to wait for the other to come down on a lift. I stood in the shop for 20mins by the till whilst the staff carried on serving an doing their job. The girl who advised me of this left with another staff member. No one spoke to me. I left, disappointed with out the trainers I had been after for so long... won't be going back. Didn't see one staff member about 20?.. nothing against age of workers!.. no one seemed to be bothered unless chatting by the till..
Great shop full of trendy Nike Adidas trainers. Cost a fortune for the big named brands .£110. For Nike trainers . Staff very helpful well done to you all .
