This was my first experience purchasing made to measure clothing. It was very personable from the moment we walked through the door, the customer service was excellent and the whole process was explained to me in detail. The clothes are immaculate and I'm looking forward to going there again.

Great service and advice, lovely and welcoming, fantastic choice of fabrics, accessories, designs and ideas. My son is getting his suit made for his wedding and very quickly it was clear why it’s worth getting a bespoke suit made to measure. I will update this review when the suit has arrived and we have had our final fitting.

In general, on the high street I feel customer service is in a bad state, but at Andréa Kọsta you feel instantly welcome, with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. By far the best suits I have ever bought! I was fed up with commuting to London and back every time I wanted a new suit so decided to look at what Liverpool had to offer and there were two that stood out, Sarto and Signature. After doing some research on both I decided to go with Sarto and I am glad I did, from start to finish Kostas and Andreas were amazing, their customer interaction was second to none and was by far better than any other suit maker I have experienced. A hidden gem in Liverpool! If you are looking for a made-to-measure suit (for a specific event or everyday workwear) look no further. The customer experience is superb and both Andreas and Kostas are extremely knowledgeable, offering a wide range of fabrics and options. They also stock stunning off-the-shelf products via their emerging brand, Sarto. My suit arrived within four weeks and after a brief final-fitting was ready to go. And the end product is simply stunning at a fraction of a price you'd expect in London. I love this place and doubt it will remain a hidden gem for long. Very happy!

Konstantinos and Andreas helped us with every step in the way, offering expert advice and opinion. The result is fantastic! Truly unique suit, that is high quality comfortable, and fits everywhere beautifully. We liked it so much that we ended up getting a custom shirt, tie and also chinos.
