   Asked to see a pair of trainers, waited 10 mins whilst the staff chatted to one another, asked where they where.... Sat behind the desk for several minutes whilst they conversed. The had the brass neck to say, sorry about the wait, as an apology ill use my staff discount on some special wipe things, down from £16 to £8. Literally trying to sell to us off her own neglect. Not the first time I've been there and had completly uninterested staff.

   3 stars for me! Went in for some trainers for my daughter. Found the ones she wanted to so asked a member of staff for help. Fella on the dot with a scanner was very grumpy! He got another member of staff to get the shoes. This took 19 minutes! Way to long the store was dead! Fella came out with the shoes so she could try them on he was mega helpful indeed! I just thought the staff where very little customer service focused on there and couldn’t be bothered! Not the worse experience on the Croft but not the best! Time to improve!

   Staff unhelpfull can't be arsed to help you. Only got 3 stars because it is not expensive . Customer service does count. Was made to feel they didn't want to be bothered by you . Not nice service .

   Shout out to Ella and Becky for saving me today! Last minute gift for family needed that day and they made it happen! Becky went into the stock room and hunted for what I needed and found it! and Ella sorted out the till issues with prices to help me get the best deal. Thank you to you both! My sister is very happy with her new pink sliders!
