    This happened in HandM broughton.Staffs are super rude. I picked up two dresses to trail them on today from sales place. Does look like she didn't like the fact I choose the dresses from sales. She kinda made me feel like one of those movies scene Where I am poor and she indirectly telling me I cannot afford them. When I went to trial she was on the way . Closed the cloth rack to trail room wayAs soon as she saw me. Then I asked if I can trial them. She didn't say anything like yes okay sure....none just pulled in back very harsh . I went inside but that disrespect didn't make me feel like even get in to the room .so I came back and put the clothes back as well. This is the 2nd time I felt it Thats why usually I won't go here. But just thought give it a try this year. Unfortunately didn't workout. I would never shop in HnM. Thank you.

    Long queues at the till, and unhelpful rude staff. I needed to return something for my boyfriend, had the email receipt and the card he paid on it with and was told that without a full receipt and card (which I did have but she didn’t listen) she can’t do anything. So I walked away after practically being told i’m wasting my time. I double checked he had no other receipt/email which he didn’t and even says on email to show that to the store assistant so I went back in. This time it was a different assistant which was a relief, to start the assistant asks the same, if I have got no other receipt so I made it clear that this is all I have and I have the card so in the end she was able to do the return. Why give out email reciepts if they don’t work? If you’re met with confusion and made to feel like an idiot? Ridiculous, genuinely don’t understand even still why it was such a big issue as it was easily sorted in the end, again think the staff just either didn’t know or couldn’t be bothered. Very frustrating as a 2 min job took over half an hour to sort, leaving me feeling worked up as though I had to fight to for a return.

    Usually staff here really nice but had a member of staff complaining to her colleague about the people I was with (who were across the store looking at something). Unpleasant experience with the one member of staff
