   Great location. Staff nice and helpful. Only problem NOT enough staff, you have to wait ages to be served. Which is not the staffs fault just not enough of them.

   A good location and easy to access. It was really busy, service was slow and orders were fluffed- a takeaway was served on a plate, decaf cappuccino order was a bit of a wait. Clearly the staff were rushed off there feet. On a positive note the bacon, brie and Chilli jam panini was tasty and warmed just right so it wasn't overheated and tough when it cooled.

   As expected for food and drink, but it always looks a mess. Finally took some photos this time. The service always seem friendly and welcoming however, staff never tidy the floor and tables enough. There wasn't many customers in and still look how many tables hneed clearing and cleaning in these pictures. This really needs to improve.

   Well visited this Costa inside Next for the first time with my parents and 2 young teenagers just for drinks. We queued up for about 15-20 minutes. The staff looked like they weren't very happy with no smiles whatsoever. They all looked very flustered and fed up. When I was served, the young lady was very polite when taking the order. My latte wasn't very hot it was just ok to drink straight away, I also paid extra for cream and marshmallows but my son said they wasn't any marshmallows in his drink and I wasn't queuing back up to take it back. I think they needed more staff so that we wouldn't have to queue for so long, so like someone to just do the food orders for each till, 2 people on the tills and then 2 people doing the drinks for each till.

   Disappointing. No ice so cant serve any cold drinks. No cream left for hot chocolate, no tiffin or shortbread. Nothing left. Visited at 1pm on a Sunday. Staff didnt know how to make spiced apple tea and pulled a face when asked to make one

   Don't go here! Be VERY aware of reuses milk and it took 20 minutes for a triple shot of coffee and a latte!? Slow staff & the staff have ago at each other infront of customers. Not professional AT ALL

   We Absolutely loved our Vegan ham and cheese sandwiches here, we also had a Green tea and as it was Xmas time so it was nice to have the discontinued black forest hot chocolate back on the menu which I've always enjoyed and it was great again, twice this week dined here and both times service and cleanliness was perfect, all doing a great job, vegan options are great

   Must be the worst costa I have ever been in. The service was incredibly slow to the point atleast 5 customers walked off from the line whilst I was waiting. They then cooked the food that we ordered however forgot the drinks. When they finally sorted the drinks we sat down to eat and the paninni was rock hard from being overcooked. I would personally avoid if possible.
