Ordered 2 drinks sat down to not very clean table.and waited and waited more staff than customers at that moment. I then noticed our drinks sitting on a tray and a staff member walked past it twice. I then went up and helped my self my husband had to ask for clean saucer as it was stained not the best experience won't be coming again.
Poor quality breakfast, overpriced, cremated streaky bacon, dried up mushrooms and toast that didn’t seem like it had any butter on! Very poor.
Not of the quality expected of a Carluccio's. Cafe sandwiches were unexciting, bacon was one thin slice and barely tasted. Tuna was just a big mush slopped on a piece of bread. Carrot cake was ok. If this was a Sainsbury's cafe I would have thought it about the right standard for a supermarket cafe, but not a brand named Italian restaurant's cafe.
