   Tried to return item without receipt to this store and it says in the policy that it is the discretion of the store, I was able to provide a date and total spend of my receipt they refused to exchange item. They said they were unable to look up receipts which having worked in retail I know this not to be true. Poor customer service I am now left with an item that was originally on the wrong sized hanger hence I bought the wrong size, will make note to check item label in the future. Although will not shop at primark broughton again.

   Why does this place NEVER have my size jeans, literally never, normal/average size, I've got a great idea, you won't believe it when I say it, ready.. GET MORE OF THE POPULAR NORMAL/AVERAGE SIZES IN!! It's been this way for 15 years.. all Primark stores, Waste of time Primark these days. Rubbish

   Love this primark, however the man on self checkouts was disgusting. He kept on getting in mine and my mates face, taking items off us to look at them. He was also checking out my mates arse, who btw looks a lot younger than she is and considering she was buying sizes 12-13 years (for herself) she could pass off for a 13 year old and he was staring at her constantly. He also came up to me and grabbed her jacket off me that I was holding to look at it and then proceeded to fart right in front of me and it stunk, we were gagging.

   £320 from my account over a week ago due to their tills not working Went to Broughton Primark on 11th February. Told at entrance " tills upstairs are not working and downstairs are on a go slow". We waited 1/2 in queue, then was charged £162 twice. Then told the payments had been void which they hadn't. Left with nothing and - £360 in my account. Assured the money was just pending not the case at all. No help from Customer services despite several emails and only one in return to say they are looking into it . Nearly a week gone by still no money returned and placed in my overdraft. Lady next to us said " I'm worried they might have been hacked as they had to close last weekend due to same issues". This weekend decided not to close or to say cash only and take double payments from people when fully aware of the issue on the tills. Now opened a dispute with bank apparently affected lots of people...use cash if you go and don't expect any Customer service. Update only received half my money back.

   Came in tonight and had amazing customer service from a young lad named Andrew he worked up stairs on kids. He honestly went above and beyond. Good old retail customer service isn’t dead after All! Really impressed Thank you very much .

   Nice range of clothing but firstly they don't really go above XL across most of their ranges. This wouldn't normally be a problem but, unfortunately the sizes tend to be on the smaller side...... If it wasn't for the smaller sizing it would be a 5* for value and choice..... I am a 6ft 2 person that wears XL clothing and struggled to find anything that would fit me! Pretty poor by modern standards. Primark please catch up with our ever taller audience.

   Very busy large primark store on Broughton Park. Great low prices, good selection of clothes, womens wear downstairs, mens wear upstairs. Regular reduced rails of clothes. Great for holiday clothing and a really good selection of underwear. Queues at the tills can be long. Lots of parking available.
