We went in today and the customer service was shocking. The ladies on the front were being dead loud and really obnoxious.
Customer service is terrible. I went to the till point and walked past two members. I had to wait for one to come. She didn’t acknowledge me and carried on her conversation with her colleague will processing the purchase. This was Darcy I believe I returned my item the following day and customer service again was subpar. I told the adviser I left my card in the car for the refund and said I’d go fetch it, he said nothing. I came back and got it ready and he then told me I don’t need it. It would have been better if he told me I don’t need my card before I walked to my car and back. This was Oliver. The staff in this shop don’t even bother with a hello or any form of customer service. Any other shop on the retail park is much much better
Customer service really lacks. Whist I understand they are busy a manager shouting over customers demanding staff to do things is not pleasant. Not to mention not One word exchanged with me while purchasing at the till, no eye contact and no conversation. They will be gutted when jobs are gone due to self checkouts but I May as well been served by a self checkout today. Won’t visit again.
Went here yesterday and the staff (two young girls) were extremely rude. They laughed as i walked in and then i heard one say “i know what you’re laughing at” as i turned around they were both looking at me laughing. Made me feel very uncomfortable!! They then proceeded to stare at me whilst giggling as i very quickly exited the shop. Id rather spend my money elsewhere where i’ll be treated with respect. Not laughed at by two disrespectful girls. Get some better & more respectful staff!!
Hate going into sport shops. The usual 3 kids at the door looking you up and down as you walk in. Walk upstairs and there’s 5 of them by the till doing nothing. No approach. No smile. I worked in retail for years and that wouldn’t be acceptable.
Very poor choice of trainers..hardly any variety
Had exactly what my Grandson wanted in the right size and colour. Fair price too.

Terrible attitude from staff more concerned with their own conversations and “fake tan” than helping customers. When buying clothes seem more bothered about getting me to leave. Customer service is something to be desired at footasylum
