   Very nice with an inside and outside seating arrears. The staff were very polite and friendly. Had a nice Cream Tea with discussions over which way you put the Jam and Cream on.

   Lovely cakes and savoury foods as well as a large selection of cold and hot drinks. Good, friendly service from the staff. Indoor and outdoor seating. Cheese scones!!! Delicious

   Really lovely cafe, good selection of food and cake. We went for breakfast on a Sunday (get there already 9:30 and it's not too busy, plus kill time before gardens open at 10:00). Kids breakfast is a really good size and everything was really tasty and well cooked, very crispy bacon. Lots of seating, indoors and out, although it can get very busy. If you're having tea and cake, get takeaway and use the tables by the tractor. The best thing here though is that they are set up so well for kids, they have plates, cutlery and even sippy cups if you forget yours. They have a selection of books to borrow, plus colouring pencils and paper.

   Visitors should note one has to be a member or buy entry to access the cafe. A miserable policy that discourages patrons who just want to stop buy for a coffee entering in. The coffee is good but the food is middling. The menu is unappealing for an omnivore as vegan, new-agey style food seems to feature heavily on the menu. There are few options if you fancy a hearty meat based meal. The service here is cold and nonchalant. When I asked for a warm cheese scone I was asked to warm it up myself. I thought this was slightly rude. Overall there is nothing that couldn't be fixed with a menu consultation and a new customer philosophy.

   Very polite and friendly staff with a clean environment and a good selection of hot and cold food, ranging from snacks to meals. The shortbread is a must to try. The staff stayed calm and worked very efficiently even though the place was busy. Look out for cake of the week - it was gin and lime when we visited. Nice clean toilets as well.
