Took my Dad today and had such lovely service. The girls were so busy and despite this were so happy and helpful. It was a girl with tattoos in particular and I also saw her come away from the counter to help an elderly couple choose a sandwich from the fridge which I thought was so lovely

I am very disappointed with the hygiene at this costa, I feel very put off as it is not very clean and they have alot of flies that are always flying around your food. Unfortunately the place is invested with flies, I have seen the flies at the counter area, sitting on the cakes and they have milk cartons open without the lid on and I saw the flies sitting on the rims. They come and attack customers, sitting on our drinks and food. I thought it was a one off at first but I went back 3 times hoping there would be change, hopefully it will be clean and there wouldn't be any flies. There used to be a young boy with dark curly hair he made the best drinks and kept the place clean. I didnt get his name but he isnt there anymore. I feel so disappointed because it is a great location but I dont see any passion from the staff unfortunately. Ive seen and thats including myself, customers just walk out with out finishing our drinks and food. One customer walked out disappointedly nodding there head and saying "disgusting". I hope management will do something about the hygiene and the fly infestation. I dont think I or many other customers will be returning until this issue is resolved.

I'm not complaining about the food and drink or the staff just to flies. There were loads of them. We just had to keep swatting them away. It was very disgusting. It's autumn, October, flies shouldn't be this active now. It must be an infestation!! It shouldn't be allowed in a food and drink establishment.

Did not enjoy my experience here The coffee was spilled over the machine rather than in the cup and the barista did not care about it, even the cup was dirty from the outside Overall did not like it

A simple misunderstanding between ourselves and the server when background noise meant we hadn't heard each other was met with rudeness when I tried to apologise for not hearing her the 1st time she asked. She was the only one not wearing a name tag. Fed up of being named in complaints? I believe there's a café Nero nearby, I'll go there next time. The tea will be better too.

Does not stay open until 8pm on a weeknight as advertised. Arrived 7.15pm to be told they couldn't serve me food as they were closing in 10 mins.

Popped in for a coffee whilst visiting family. Ordered 2 latte's and I couldn't believe how dirty the coffee making machine was. Virtually every part of the machine was filthy and the 3 cups on the machine to catch the brewed coffee were disgusting. Each cup was covered in spilt coffee which had dried on the outside. Most baristas take pride in their machines keeping them clean even down to wiping the milk steamer after each and every use. There is obviously no pride in this outlet and the machine should be kept clean to keep everybody's health safe. It makes you wonder if the machine is not kept clean what other hygiene factors are overlooked!! Would I go there again for coffee? Definitely NOT

Can't believe the sheer incompetence of the staff here. Ordered a click and collect for 3:45. Partner picks it up: is chastised for being 40 minutes late. No. That's when the order was PLACED (he arrived at 3:50) and told his sandwich will have to be remain. Neglects to say anything about the drink. Partner doesn't know its supposed to be a blended drink and just assumes its correct. Its now room temperature and absolutely rancid (warm milk. Melted cream. Water.). Will be complaining about this and won't be returning to the location which is a shame as its close to work. Id avoid this one and walk the extra 10 minutes to the one by asda. Or go to the starbucks.
