Been in to village gym Shirley and had a Starbucks as usual. Sean and Hannah were on today, service perfect as it always is. The staff are always polite friendly and efficient. Would recommend the coffee shop to anyone

Service can be very mixed depending on who is working that day. More times than not, the service has been bad for myself personally and drinks not made well or mixed well at all! I would recommend going to the Starbucks just around the corner on Shirley retail park instead, as drinks are made well, service is friendly and it has a better atmosphere.
The Starbucks staff are always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable (especially maya). They make great drinks quickly, even when it's busy, and always with a smile. Their customer service is top-notch, making every visit enjoyable.Five stars!
Iced white mocha coffee was tasty as was the cheese and tomato pannini.

This Starbucks is just inside the Village Hotel Solihull. The staff were very friendly and the prices were not too bad. They have a bit of seating inside but you can use hotel seats if needed. At this present time the "Blue light card" is still being accepted so you can still get some discount.
