   Ordered food and drinks at 11:20am, didn’t arrive until 4:30pm. And after waiting all that time, every thing we ordered we didn’t even receive so basically waited 5 hours for the incorrect items. Terrible place

   I went to this starbucks to get a cool lime refresher, and the lady in there said that we don't do that, so I then had a look on there website and it was showing that they do do it. So then i came home and ordered it on deliveroo. But they did the wrong one for me. Why didn't you cancel my order if you didn't have it?

   Food is ok but always feel like the price doesn't meet the expectation of what you get. Like paying Pret prices for a McDonalds. Can't fault service, always on point, fast and feels personalised. Solihull Starbucks has a nice seating area but could do with a fulltime table attendant sweeping, wiping, and maintaining it.

   Staff were more bothered about talking to each other than serving customers. When we got served the lady making our drinks was asking for the cream for a certain drink and she got ignored 4 times because staff were to busy talking and laughing. Including swearing. I left my drink as was disgusted as I had a 7 month old baby with me. I'd rather sit on the bench outside in the rain and feed my son than sit in there listening to them again. Will not be using Starbucks again

   Today two men tried to push in front of me and the person behind me pretending I wasn't there at all. It's easy to be ignored when you're a 5'0 girl waiting in line but the man who served me was so incredibly kind in acknowledging me and the situation. He actually later gave me a free cake on behalf of what happened and the rudeness of the other people which wasn't his fault at all. The service here is amazing, quick and filled with kind staff.
