   This is a lovely Starbucks located in The Fort shopping park. It's tidy, clean and has the usual things Starbucks normally has. The staff here are wonderfully helpful and friendly and really make it a great space to have a coffee and do an hour or so of work. Would recommend a visit.

   I tried the Matcha Latte, it was pretty decent. The flavour was quite strong. Overall, it was a good experience, staff were really nice too.

   I honestly can't get over some of these reviews. I swear some people are a miserable and entitled lot. I've been going to this starbucks for years, probably a couple times a month. The staff are nothing but helpful and friendly. Some people need to give customer service employees a break. The store is often busy, add mobile orders to this (a system that is broken and flawed, it tells you 5-10 minutes regardless of how busy they are, not the staffs fault btw) and the fact staff get paid peanuts. I swear covid has made people even more self absorbed. Remember you're not the main character, put yourself in other people's shoes and cheer up. It's only coffee. Anyway, rant over, keep up the good work staff.

   Visited on a Sunday afternoon, was served by a short blonde cashier in her 20’s. Very unpleasant encounter, she was rolling her eyes while I was talking, staring straight at me and not replying when I asked her what drinks were available. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and her behaviour seemed to have some racial undertones as she was not behaving like this with other white customers. She then left the floor and went to the back for the remainder of time I was in store, she didn’t come out once so Ofcourse she had noted she made me extremely uncomfortable. Please challenge this behaviour, there is no room for racism and ill manners in the Starbucks brand

   Visited on a Saturday and ordered to sit in. The cakes ordered were nice and tasted fresh as always. Ordered frappucino which lacked flavour but was drinkable. Latte was fine. A big let down was the cleanliness. There were plenty of staff and unless they were asked to clean it was a mess. Felt uncomfortable to sit even thought we wiped our own place down, just didn't feel nice to know there was rubbish and sticky tables either side.

   Staff were friendly. They’d run out of decaf so was unable to have a coffee so had to have a hot chocolate, noticed later that there was a Costa I could have gone to.

   I made a mobile order 1 out of 2 coffee's were made even before I even showed up. One of the coffee's were cold due to being made early. Second made one absolutely disgusting flavour wise. I mentioned that she forgot whipped cream her response was that she didn't even know what the order was or how it had to be made. After she added cream everything was over the top. Cups were messy. Worst experience I've received feel like I just spent money to be made feel bad. Not coming back
