   I got put off food here due to seeing a bug on this pastry in the picture attached. Atmosphere here gets very loud and noisy. Not an enjoyable coffee shop anymore

   Made good hot chocolate. Asked for sit it and had to interrupt them before they put it in a take away cup. Asked for hot cream on the drink but that was ignored. The server was not listening at all.

   The toilet was dirty, bad costumer service and wrong order. I asked one double espresso and one mocca with oat milk but the barista gave me three coffees. The mocca was bitter with a bad taste of burned coffee.

   I ordered a flat white and unfortunately they seem to have no idea what a flat white is. It was more like a cappuccino. The quality of the barista needs to be improved.

   Ordered my coffee yesterday & the card machine decided to play up. Both ladies were lovely & tried to solve the issue. I ended up with a lovely free coffee. Really appreciate your kindness & a lovely way to start the day

   Amazing service this morning by a young Asian lady (described as didn't catch her name). Good coffee and place to sit and watch the world go by, read a book, complete some work or sit and have a chat amongst friends.

   A quiet Costa in Shirley not too busy. Friendly staff. Sometimes takes your coffee to your table. Adds chocolate sprinkles. Easy reach of my bus routes.
