   Just price if meal deals looks tricky & dodgy way how-to sell baguette of 1,99£ up to 3,40£ on its on, when supposed to be for meal deal that price & not in its own,just very disappointed!

   Serious Food Mix-Up I ordered two chicken bakes around 12:30, but one of them turned out to be a sausage, bean & cheese melt instead, which contains pork. I don’t eat pork, so this was very disappointing and unacceptable. The staff member, a mid-height Black woman who seemed polite, even asked me to confirm that I wanted chicken bakes, and I said yes. Still, I was given the wrong product. This is a serious mistake because it involves dietary restrictions, not just a wrong order. I hope Greggs reviews this carefully and ensures better checks before serving, especially when customers clearly state what they’re ordering.

   Love coming into this greggs everyday and greeted by some of the best employees greggs have to offer . Especially Katie. Just want to say their customer service is so strong . Fun,friendly always have a smile on their faces and they fast and efficient at their job . Especially when ques are massive and out the door they work well as a great team . They go above and beyond for their customers. Feel sorry for them with all the amount of robberies they get. Greggs need to do better and hire security for the safety of their staff.

   I'm a customer at this Greggs. lovely service from Kirstie, always welcoming with a big smile ! The shop gets really busy at lunch times so you probably want to avoid visiting at this time if you don't wannt wait.

   A good-sized Greggs and a good selection of food. The servers are generally friendly and speedy at serving. The negatives are that it's in Erdington, which is a terrible, rough, rundown area. They have a toilet that's always locked. I assume it's to stop drug takers going in there to take their drugs. Lots of rough people go in here, too. But, there are some nicer people who go in here too, especially before and after work and those working people going on their lunch break. You have to pay to sit down to eat and sometimes the tables are dirty... Advice for them - Open the toilet, clean the tables and stop the dodgy looking people going in.

   Went in today and the prices have gone up again from today. Not good. You have lost a customer as I can’t afford it anymore, and most elderly people around the area have said the same today. Rather go to the market or local cafe and give them my money.

   The toilet is closed for almost 2months and I asked if they have any hand sanitizer and the staff was very rude. She said they don't have, but it was right in front of her, and when I asked her if I can use that one, she said it's not for customers. I think as a food provider they should encourage hygiene measures.
