Gutted they no longer bake fresh bread. Well fired loaves are no more. Staff told me they now only bake frozen bread . Bloomers taste horrible now. It went in the bin. AND they expect you to slice them yourself on the slicing machine !! I wont be going again .. after 20 years. My sister said her branch still bakes the fresh. ( Scotland )

Rude staff. Her name was Candy, such an attitude. One of the products I had didn’t have a barcode on to scan on the self serve tills and when approaching her she said “what do you want me to do?”. I was in total shock so left the shopping and walked out. How about do your actual job and find out the price like you should? I suggest you send her on some basic customer service training and get her to learn some manners. Won’t be re visiting.

A very busy Thursday lunchtime I popped in to Sainsbury's for my boss lunch, asked two members of staff who pointed me in the right direction very helpful. I still couldn't find it and asked a member of staff called Sarah who was heading to the warehouse with a cage, She promptly put the cage safety away and escorted me to the right place. Really helpful friendly and polite

Great place to shop. Typically fully stocked with plenty of options. Car park can be busy between 10-6pm. After 7pm it's quieter and a more peaceful shop

Free parking. Nice store. Helpful staff. There bakery inside. They cook pizza for £1. Public toilet Has everything you need. The only thing I am not keen on is the lights. Cannot pin point it but makes me feel weird when walking around. They not bright or dull just weird to me Clothes. There also speaks savers inside. They do sell plants but b&m wamley have cheaper and healthier ones

Argos inside does a click and collect. Would of been informative if the email stated they did not open until 08:30. The service was great although a smile might of made it better.

Sainsbury’s Market are located in between Birmingham and Royal Sutton Coldfield. The place can be busy in peak hours, however it’s a high capacity car park, so that is easy to reach. There’s Argos in store and Sainsbury’s petrol station located nearby. Good place for shopping.

Very clean and tidy Store, Shelves reasonably stocked for the time of day, only a few gaps of missing stock.Checkouts where queues, so went straight to Self/Scan, only 1 person infront on me no interruptions on Self/Scan and swift and pleasant experience.

Very good place for groceries. Very reasonably priced. There is also a petrol station which is competitively priced. The main downside is that it gets really busy in this retail park and you have to queue for most things including petrol and also to get out of the retail park. If you plan to go there regularly the traffic might get quiet annoying however for a one off visit once in a while it is tolerable.
